This qualification reflects the roles of individuals who apply substantial specialised skills and knowledge in the field of learning and capability development.
Individuals at this level:
- Make significant high level independent judgements in major planning, design, operational and management functions within highly varied or specialised contexts..
This is a Post-Graduate Level Course and requires a high level of commitment and applied knowledge. During this course you will participate in mentoring relationships which will guide your study.
Upon completion of this course, you may continue on and complete the remaining units for the Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning).
There are no prerequisites required for this Course however previous studies in Business would only be of assistance along with previous experience studying qualifications at a Post-Graduate level.

|BSBLED805||Plan and Implement a Mentoring Program||This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to develop and implement a mentoring program for a particular section or group within an educational organisation, or for a specific business purpose or objective within an enterprise whose core business is not education, or as a collaborative partnership spanning more than one organisation (such as to advance occupational or industry-specific skill needs). It applies to individuals who plan, develop, implement, monitor and evaluate a mentoring program that results in learning forged through a defined and active learning partnership with a mentor. The program should develop and use tools that enhance both the learning and the phased relationship, and it should be monitored and evaluated to ensure it explores and meets the mentee’s learning needs.|
|BSBINN601||Manage Organisational Change||This unit describes skills and knowledge required to determine strategic change requirements and opportunities; and to develop, implement and evaluate change management strategies.|
Upfront $900 which covers the cost of your first unit.
You will then receive an invoice for $900 per unit after that.
Total Cost is 4 Units x $900 = $3600.
You are provided with 12 months to complete this course; approximately 3 months per unit.

Upon commencement of your enrolment, you will be asked how you wish to complete this course. After you inform us of your desired choices, we will provide you with the necessary materials to complete the course. For each unit, you have the opportunity to complete them through the following ways:
- Coursework – Learning Materials will be provided along with an Assessment Document
- RPL – You will be provided with a RPL Guide to assist you in gathering the necessary evidence from your workplace etc to support your claim for RPL
- National Recognition – You may have already completed an Identical Unit (Both both Unit Name and Unit Code) as part of other studies – all you would need to do is provided us with a certified copy of your transcript showing this unit.
